Check In Policy: Check in is any time between 4pm to 8pm. The key code to open your door will be given to you the day of arrival, as well as directions to your cabin.
Check Out Policy: Check out is 10 am. Please wash all dishes and make sure all garbage is in the provided trash containers. Leave all linens on the bed and place all towels in the bathtub.
Cancelation Policy: If cancelled before 30 days prior to your arrival you will receive a full refund. If cancelled within 30 days of your arrival, the first night is nonrefundable, and any other night that the cabin is not rebooked. Sorry, there are no refunds for an early check-out.
Sturgis Rally Cancelation Policy: If cancelled before 30 days prior to your arrival you will receive a full refund. There will be no refund after 30 days. Sorry, there are no refunds for an early check-out.
Guest Occupancy Policy: No new or changing number of guests after check in. If you have a change in the number of guests staying in the cabin, there needs to be communication of the change before check in. This is for the safety of all Big Mountain Cabins guests.
Age Policy: You must be 21 to rent a cabin. Children must be accompanied with an adult while staying in the cabin.
Parking Policy: Each cabin has only one parking space. If you have more than one vehicle please let us know. There is overflow parking for extra vehicles.
No Trailers or ATVs: Each cabin has only one parking space. If you have a trailer or ATV please let us know. There is overflow parking for them.
Absolutely no pets, no smoking, and no parties.
Damage fees: If the cabin is left in the same condition as when you arrive, a damage fee will not be charged. If warranted due to damage or extra cleaning, an itemized statement will be mailed to you along with a $250 damage fee charge for repairs.
